About Us

Sacramental Faith Community is a Christ-centered Catholic fellowship rooted in Scripture, tradition, and the sacraments. We exist to help individuals and families grow in faith, deepen their life of prayer, and live out the Gospel together through worship, fellowship, and service.

What we believe –

We believe in one God,

the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth, of all things visible and invisible.

We affirm that God is the Creator of everything, both seen and unseen, and that He is all-powerful, loving, and present in all of creation.

And in one Lord Jesus Christ, the only-begotten Son of God, begotten of the Father before all worlds; Light of Light, very God of very God; begotten, not made, being of one substance with the Father.

We believe Jesus Christ is God’s Son, fully divine and fully human, eternally existent with the Father, and of the same divine nature as God Himself.

By whom all things were made.

Through Jesus, all creation came into being, reflecting God’s wisdom, power, and goodness.

Who, for us men and for our salvation, came down from heaven, and was incarnate by the Holy Spirit of the virgin Mary, and was made man.

We believe Jesus became human, born of the Virgin Mary, in order to save us from sin and restore our relationship with God.

And was crucified also for us under Pontius Pilate; He suffered and was buried; and the third day He rose again, according to the Scriptures.

Jesus willingly suffered, died, and was buried, and He rose from the dead on the third day, fulfilling God’s promise of salvation.

And ascended into heaven, and sits on the right hand of the Father.

Jesus now reigns in heaven, exercising authority and interceding for us before the Father.

And He shall come again, with glory, to judge the quick and the dead; whose kingdom shall have no end.

We await Jesus’ return to bring justice, establish God’s eternal kingdom, and fulfill all things according to His plan.

And we believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord and Giver of life, who proceeds from the Father and the Son; who with the Father and the Son together is worshiped and glorified.

We believe the Holy Spirit is God’s presence active in the world, giving life, guidance, and grace to the Church.

Who spoke by the prophets.

The Holy Spirit inspired the prophets and Scripture, revealing God’s truth throughout history.

And we believe in one holy catholic and apostolic Church.

We affirm the Church as a unified, sacred body of believers, rooted in the teachings of the apostles, continuing Christ’s mission in the world.

We acknowledge one baptism for the remission of sins.

We recognize baptism as God’s gift that cleanses from sin and initiates us into the life of the Church.

We look for the resurrection of the dead, and the life of the world to come.

We trust in God’s promise of eternal life, where all creation will be renewed and God’s kingdom fully realized.
